Thrilling hunt for times at Ninja Warrior Germany
The fact that the sporting quality at Ninja Warrior Germany is particularly high this year was proven in an impressive manner by the first semi-final. So there were 34 finishers to admire on Friday evening.
In order to be able to continue to have justified hopes of participating in the final, speed was particularly important and so an exciting fight for the best time quickly developed in the show.
Ultimately, Daniel Gerber prevailed against the competition by a hair’s breadth. The 26-year-old finished with a time of 1:12.18 minutes and was ahead of Artur Schreiber (1:14.13) and Sladjan Djulabic (1:17.07). A power density was given in any case.
Gerber tried not to think about winning the 10,000 euros, “but just to go at my own pace,” he said afterwards on the RTL microphone. Whether it is enough for the bonus is only clear after the second semi-final.
Stefanie Edelmann best woman of the evening
Stefanie Edelmann wants to be the “Last Woman Standing” again this year at Ninja Warrior Germany. The foundation for this seems to have been laid, because in the first semi-final the 29-year-old was the fastest woman and buzzed with a time of 2:24.48.
Although Stefanie Edelmann had to admit defeat in a private duel with her husband Oliver (1:40.23), the performance shown was of course still impressive.
With Astrid Sibon, another co-favourite, on the other hand, went swimming at the swinging blades. Whoever makes it into the grand finale of Ninja Warrior Germany will be decided on Sunday (8:15 p.m. on RTL).
The obstacles in the course
In both semi-finals, it’s over the surfboards to the swinging blades. If you don’t let yourself be thrown off balance on the plank walk, you can take off to a whirlwind on the pole flight.
The chimney with flaps lets the muscles really burn at the end.
