Any other resident of the Martinus Nijhofflaan in Delft would perhaps look curiously through the window and think ‘gosh, how nice’. With Gerard Jonker it is different. He is regarded as the biggest and most loyal fan of the Brunel Solar Team from Delft, which has already won many world titles. Because the mustachioed Delft resident always closely monitors the progress of the students, the current team treated him to a visit to his home.
