Russian state gas company Gazprom has stopped supplying natural gas to Latvia. According to the company, neighboring Latvia has violated the conditions to receive gas. Latvian energy company Latvijas Gaze announced on Friday that it would pay the gas bill in euros. The Russians, on the other hand, want to be paid in rubles.
