It is a foregone conclusion for the court in Den Bosch. At the end of April last year, a gay star in an apartment in Eindhoven was seriously abused by three men. Two of them, a man of 56 from Eindhoven and his son of 25, were sentenced on Wednesday to a three -year prison sentence, one year of which is conditional. Another son (19) receives a two -year prison sentence, of which 1 year and three months conditional. He was the only one of the three who admitted that he kicked and beat the two victims.
The suspects also receive a reporting obligation with the probation service. In addition, they must be treated at an addiction clinic and they must pay a total of 10,000 euros to the victims.
The three men admitted that they had driven to the apartment of the couple on the Lichtstraat on Tuesday 30 April. Only the youngest, Noah van V., revealed why: they wanted to get a story from their victims. They would have raped and drugged his brother Isaias. And that should be paid to them.
The three barely wanted to say anything about what they had in mind, let alone that there was a preconceived plan. Nor has everyone’s exact share in what happened that evening.
“I let myself be dragged”
During the session, two weeks ago, they stated that they were in a intoxication that evening, partly because they were under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Moreover, Noah was upset with herself for various reasons: “I was confused and let myself be dragged into the emotions.”
It was very intense what their victims had to experience that evening. Their romantic gathering was brutally disturbed when the doorbell rang around ten. They were beaten in no time: with the bare hand, a boxing bracket and a ball gun.
One of the two men was also hit fourteen times by a ball from that weapon. They also had to endure stairs. Their injuries varied one from skull base fracture to brain damage and a nose and hand fracture for bruises. Both feared that their last hour had been struck.
‘We have learned those pedos a lesson’
“We learned those pedos a lesson,” one of the suspects would have said after they had left the couple seriously injured. Noah was immediately arrested, Isaias and their father René only a few months later, while they knew that the police were looking for them.
According to the public prosecutor, there has never been forced sex. In fact, he stated that Isaias himself had always looked up the couple. The two men have an open relationship and ISAAS was one of the men with whom they regularly had sex. But always on a voluntary basis, a family member on their behalf during the session. “They have been mistreated by beastly. And why? They are falsely accused, this makes it extra sour. Their lives have changed forever.”
