Gavin Rozario, Gordon’s ex-fiancée, absolutely refused to pay for his eight-page interview with the weekly magazine Privé. “Money was never discussed at all.”
Now that Gavin Rozario has opened up about Gordon, the opinion about their breakup has changed considerably. Where people first sympathized en masse with the entertainer, there is now mainly bewilderment about his alleged misconduct. Now, to win back public opinion, Gordon calls out that Gavin is indeed a golddigger is, as was thought until yesterday.
Not paid
Gordon states that Gavin is so deflated because he got big money from ‘piece of shit‘ Evert Santegoeds, the boss of Privé. But that turns out not to be the case at all. “No no no. He really wanted to tell his story just once. Money was never discussed at all,” he says in the podcast by Mark Koster and Yvonne Coldeweijer.
Mark to that: “Would you have paid for this?”
Evert: “If he had brought it up in advance, yes, but that was not his intention at all.”
Not a gold digger
Is Gavin a gold digger? It’s true that Gordon a big spender and has paid a lot, but the trips that he insisted on making together, are simply not affordable for Gavin as a simple sales employee. “But I don’t need that either, I don’t need that. I just love to chill on the couch together,” he says weekly magazine Private.
He continues: “Before my relationship with him I had more money in my account than now! Because I didn’t want to live on his pocket all the time, you want to give something back every now and then. But I can’t afford such high expenses, those restaurants, those hotels with my salary.”
Old men
RTL Boulevard has approached an ex-boyfriend of Gavin who is quite elderly, but the show section did not meet dirt. Is it true that this is an old rich man? “That is not Danny at all, really a nonsense story. He’s just a really sweet guy, who drove a 1999 Mazda back in my day.”
He continues: “I just have a personal preference for older men. In the gay community, liking someone older is not a big thing. In my case it has nothing to do with money. I am surprised that I have to justify why I like older and Gordon is not asked why he likes younger.”
Prenuptial agreement
Some say Gavin was just after the divorce millions and would have lost interest when Gordon allegedly brought up a prenuptial agreement. “No, that was never discussed. I would have understood that too and would have agreed to it right away. He has worked hard to get to where he is.”
It makes sense that Gordon would want to protect his assets, Gavin thinks. “We never had a discussion about that and it never would have been a discussion.”
Piece of shit
Finally: what does Evert think of Gordon giving him a piece of shit calls? “If you are so concerned about your image that you don’t even dare to say that you met someone through Grindr and this is what remains of your image…”, he says in the Show news from last night.
Evert doesn’t even want to read what Gordon writes. “Then people think I have a psychosis sitting here at the desk with this kind of nonsense text and this kind of shit. It’s just shit what he writes. (…) There are so many holes to shoot, but I don’t know if I still feel like doing that.”
