The gas storage facilities in the Netherlands are now on average 80% full. The Netherlands has thus achieved the EU target for filling gas storage facilities for next winter. In the coming period, the gas storage facilities will be further filled in order to have a buffer to absorb any setbacks. Across Europe, gas storage facilities are increasingly being filled with an average filling rate of about 82%.
