It was claimed that former Galatasaray President Ünal Aysal will be a candidate again and will meet with some members next week.
Speaking to the Akşam Newspaper regarding these allegations, Ünal Aysal said, “There is no such situation and possibility at the moment. Galatasaray has a president and the current administration does not seem to have an election intention.”
“I think these are statements that do not exceed the extent of gossip for now. I do not have a private meeting with anyone. I was only invited to a regular meeting of one of the Galatasaray associations. I will attend there and see my friends,” he said.
