Galatasaray Çağdaş Factoring Women’s Basketball Team, one of the Basketball Super League teams, transferred the British player Mikiah Herbert Harrigan.
According to the statement made by the yellow-red club, the women’s basketball team made its third foreign transfer for the 2023-2024 season with 25-year-old Mikiah Herbert Harrigan. The 1.88-meter striker, who also wore the Kayseri Basketball jersey for a while, will wear the Galatasaray jersey in the new season.
The Great Britain player was selected in the first-round sixth place by the Minnesota Lynx in the 2020 WNBA draft. The player, who transferred to Kayseri Basketball in the 2020-2021 season after the WNBA, went to the USA again with the end of the season and wore the Seattle Storm form in the WNBA.
Harrigan played for the London Lions in his country last season.
