The G5 Arquitectos studio is the result of three generations of architects from the same family who found in the design of spaces the common thread of a passion that united them over time. In its beginnings, the studio was known as Rosetti & Asociados, with Víctor Domingo Rosetti as the promoter of the ship that would start the journey. He was in charge of laying the foundations for his own innovative style in his works that served as inspiration for his descendants. This is how Javier, son of Víctor, continued his legacy by adding his stamp to it, changing the name of the studio to “G5 Arquitectos”, in honor of his five children who, in turn, with the admiration generated by observing a profession with a vocation, they decided to join the born. Raquel and Rafael, today partners in the studio, are the ones who chose the path of architecture, while “Taiana is in charge of graphic design issues and Yan, the older brother, is in charge of the company’s administrative issues”, Raphael clarifies.
– What characterizes the study with respect to others?
G5 Arquitectos is a pragmatic and versatile studio. We are known for covering different projects, on different scales. From remodeling, multi-family houses and urban real estate development projects. Project, direction and execution.
– How many works are in charge at the moment?
Today we have more than 20 works in progress. Mostly single-family homes, in addition to a country boutique hotel, a school and different multi-family duplexes. They are works that are located, mainly, in the western zone, in the neighborhoods ¨Chacras de San Andrés¨ and ¨Tres Pinos¨.
– Do you have new ones in the pipeline?
There are always too many projects on the work table, but we prefer discretion in things that are not a fait accompli.
