Fynch-Hatton also starts selling in Austria

After the successful launch of womenswear in autumn 2021, the Mönchengladbach-based casual brand completed two further essential measures as part of its realignment and offensive expansion phase at the beginning of January 2022: the opening of new showrooms in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Eschborn, Sindelfingen and Munich as well as the conversion to your own sales team. Under the leadership of Torsten Bartel, Head of Sales National, seven sales representatives look after customers nationwide.

After completion of the order phase for the FW23 collection, which will be offered from January 11th to February 23rd, 2023, the next step for the FS2024 sales season will be the changeover in Austria, where FYNCH-HATTON will be selling in-house from April 1st, 2023. Until then, Kucharz Modehandelsagentur GmbH based in Salzburg will be responsible for Austrian sales. “We would like to expressly thank the Kucharz agency for the many years of excellent cooperation,” says CEO Mathias Eckert. “Thanks to a consistent sales strategy and clear principles, the renowned fashion agency has succeeded in establishing FYNCH-HATTON in the Austrian retail sector. The 120m2 shop-in-shop area in the Kastner & Öhler headquarters in Graz is just one example of the success that we were able to achieve in cooperation with Kucharz, we say thank you for that,” continues Mathias Eckert.

As part of the expansion strategy, FYNCH-HATTON is planning additional areas and shop-in-shops in Austria. The takeover of the company’s own sales department consistently underlines the merging of menswear and womenswear and the uniform presentation of the brand universe.

“The leading trading agency for men’s fashion in Austria laid the foundation for the further development of the brand in 2016. I would also like to expressly thank the Kucharz family and team for this. We are now looking forward to presenting the FYNCH-HATTON brand world comprehensively in our own showroom in Salzburg on April 1st, 2023 and to getting even closer to our customers through direct contact. Trusting partnerships with specialist retailers are the focus of all our efforts. The close cooperation enables us to include their needs directly and immediately in our considerations in order to respond to them more quickly and flexibly,” adds Christoph Brandts, Managing Director International Sales.
