Futurebae and Jesué released the single “Let them reden” including a video this Friday (February 24th). Both describe their lives in the tension between intoxication, euphoria, come-down and remorse. Studio WUPPERwerft is behind the video for the song. Jesué, who used to rap under the name Horst Wegener, is involved in this one.

The Berlin pop-R&B-rap artist futurebae has attracted attention since 2021, primarily as a champagne influencer and with summer hits. “Coca Cabana” with Dissy, “Immer Sommer” with Tropikel Ltd, “Sektfrühstück” with Dilla. Her two EPs KTULES and WILLST DU MIT MIR GEHEN, released in 2021 and 2022, have also proven that she can shine with diversity in music and content. They have given her a stable fan base and ensured that futurebae is treated as one of the newcomer sensations in German indie pop.

She says about the song. “I’ve often been asked if I feel any pressure now that music isn’t just a hobby and I have to pay my rent. Let them talk is the answer to that.” In the best doctor’s manner, she blocks out the doubts about her own work that such questions tend to sow.

Let them talk is the latest in a steady string of single releases since Panic last July, shortly after their second EP came out. At the beginning of December 2022, she last released the song “Sektfrühstück” together with the newcomer Dilla. The two were supported by fans for the video.
