The funeral ceremony for the last Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev (91) has started in the Russian capital Moscow. Hundreds of people gathered in the House of the Union, where his body is in state. No European political leaders were expected at the funeral, but Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán nevertheless traveled to Moscow to “pay tribute” to Gorbachev.
