From sun and rain to storms: the weather will go in all directions in the coming days

A week full of volatility: that’s what NH weatherman Jan Visser calls the weather for the coming week. From sun to rain to storm and back to warmer weather: everything will descend on us in the coming days.

According to Jan Visser it was still chilly this morning. This is mainly due to the cloudiness in the province this morning. Visser: “The cooling will not continue, during the morning temperatures will rise to about thirteen degrees.”

Storm Babette

Visser warns of an ‘acute depression’, or heavy rainfall, west of Portugal. “This depression is expected in southern England tomorrow afternoon.” The British weather service has now given the storm a name: Babette.

During tomorrow evening and Thursday night, Babette will come to our province. “For us it will mainly result in heavy rain showers.”

Warmer outlook

Temperatures will rise again for the rest of the week. Visser: “In some places in the province even up to 18 degrees. In short, something different every day.”

This will only be for a short period of time, it will most likely cool down considerably next weekend.
