Pay fines

What is useful to know: if the motor vehicle is registered in your name, you also have to pay the fine. Suppose the neighbor or daughter has borrowed your car and has been caught for speeding, then you will be fined. You must pay the fine and ask your neighbor or daughter for the amount of money back.
