From rent to sale: you can buy this apartment in the Stadshart with a 25 percent discount

Every week we check Funda for special gems in Zoetermeer. For example, we saw this nice three-room apartment in the middle of the Stadshart. It is sold by housing association Vidomes. People with a social rental home get priority with the sale and a discount!

This lovely two bedroom apartment is empty and is valued at 275,000 euros. Vidomes gives a discount of 25 percent so that the sales price is now 206,250 euros. The apartment on the Promenade is a Koopgarant home. This means that you always have to sell it back to Vidomes. This will be guaranteed within three months after you put the house on the market.

Vidomes has a preference for a buyer who leaves behind a social rental home. Another condition is the income of a buyer. The gross (collective) income of a buyer (one-person household) may not exceed 40,765 euros and 45,014 euros in a multi-person household. The apartment is available from September 23.
