Enexis has a huge shortage of technical personnel, especially mechanics. That is why the idea arose to start our own vocational school. At the locations, all situations that occur outside in the field can be simulated. According to Enexis, this makes the training process more attractive and faster. “What you see is that a mechanic does not have to walk with someone for very long before he can do something himself. That makes it much more interesting for the mechanic in training”, according to branch manager Limburg-South Sandra Thalen.
