From horroroller to fortune flash? Every day 140 people still drive away forbidden

After countless collisions with the so -called horror rollers, there have been flash units on the Escamplaan in The Hague for a year and a half now and there is an entry ban. Violation will be dearly: the fine is 120 euros. Yet the signs are ignored about 140 times a day. “And people often drive too fast – as if the ticket is cheaper.”
