Huh, huh, huh! After two years of alternative programs, we can really celebrate King’s Day again this year. The shopkeepers of the Stadshart have joined forces and nice program put down. This is what you can expect during King’s Day 2022 in the Stadshart.
The shopping center will become one elongated ribbon of conviviality. For example, there is Koningsmarkt on Het Rond and Hogerop, with all kinds of stalls to browse around.
Musical fun
You can also use different musical acts to expect. Take the compliment duo, for example, who give out singing compliments. You bet it will put a smile on your face. Or the Mini Mixie Band: a one-man band on a red cart with all kinds of other instruments next to a huge drum.
Enough to do
There are also various food stalls, such as a Mobile Poffertjes stall and Royal Pancakes. For the enthusiasts among us, there are also free donuts handed out. Especially for children there is the LOL cart and the Children’s train. You can also follow a circus or drum workshop.
free market
King’s Day is of course the time to get your old stuff from the attic and offer it for sale. This is possible during the free market on the Markt. So bring a blanket and make sure you get there early to secure a spot.
