From disco skating to a Christmas musical: this is the Zoetermeer weekend agenda (22 – 24 December)

Winter Wonderland Café Spetters

Café Spetters organizes Winter Wonderland on Friday, December 22 from 11 p.m. The assignment is very simple: put on your worst Christmas sweater and get free admission and a free drink this evening. This only applies if you enter between 11:00 PM and midnight.

Are you arriving after 12:00 am? Then you pay 6 euros for a ticket. You can buy tickets at the door.

Party in Stadshart Zoetermeer

On Saturday, December 23, Brazilian dancers with illuminated costumes, accompanied by a brass band, provide a festive atmosphere while shopping in Stadshart Zoetermeer. The Christmas shopping weekend ends on Sunday, December 24 with a Christmas promotion. Customers who visit the shopping center have a chance to win prizes upon presentation of their receipt.

Christmas edition disco skating

Every month Silverdome organizes disco skating, including this weekend. There will be a Christmas edition on Saturday, December 23 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including a DJ playing extra Christmas songs. There will also be disco skating on Sunday, December 24 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Entrance, including a hot mug of chocolate milk, costs 9.50 euros. Would you also like to rent skates? Then you pay 15 euros. Reservations are possible here.

Sunset Blvd

Travel back to 1940s Hollywood with the musical during the Christmas holidays Sunset Blvd. Here you see the story of the once famous movie star Norma Desmond who tries to make a comeback. You will hear music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, performed by an orchestra of seventeen musicians.

The performance will be performed in CKC & Partners and tickets costs 19.50 euros.

Club Latin Christmas edition

Those hips can be unleashed on Friday, December 22 in café The Old Pal. DJ Good Groove and Tommy Tamborero play Latin music. The DJs play a mix of salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton and cumbia. The party starts at 10 p.m. and entrance is free.

Christmas musical Scrooge

Greg & Baud Productions bring a classic Christmas story to life. Scrooge doesn’t like Christmas. At home he is visited by the ghosts of his past, present and future, who confront him with his greed. Will the negative man repent or is it too late? Immerse yourself in the Christmas atmosphere with this timeless story, presented with play, song and dance in a contemporary guise.

The musical can be visited from Friday, December 22 at 8 p.m. at Picasso Lyceum Zoetemeer. Tickets cost 17.50 euros and you buy them here.

Caribbean dinner and dance

Nothing planned for Sunday December 24 yet? Then celebrate Christmas Eve in a Caribbean atmosphere at Le Club BBQ during ‘Christmas Eve Caribbean dinner and dance’. There is live music, a five-course dinner, matching wines and there is also a special menu for the kids.

There are two sittings. The first is from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the second round is from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Reservations are possible here.
