From Bruges to Anderlecht, remarkable transfer from Dennis Moerman

Moerman will be assistant to head coach Dave Mattheus with the women of Anderlecht and will also shape the girls’ youth academy.

Moerman announced earlier this year that he would say goodbye to Club YLA at the end of the season. He has been head coach of the Bruges women since 2021. Before that, he also worked for the women’s teams of AA Gent and Zulte Waregem. He worked together with Anderlecht coach Mattheus in Ghent.

“The RSCA Women have been the top in Belgian women’s football for many years,” said Moerman in a first reaction. “But it doesn’t stop there: a club like Anderlecht must also cherish the ambition to achieve successes in the field of youth academy and promotion to the first team. That is fully in line with the identity of the club. I am therefore very honored to to contribute to this.”
