Second division club FC Blau-Weiss Linz strengthened for the first time in the winter transfer phase on Deadline Day and signed the German Jahn Herrmann. The 22-year-old comes to Stahlstadt from the reserves of FC Bayern Munich and has been given a contract that will run until the end of the season with an option to extend it. The Munich native has made eleven appearances for Bayern II in the Regionalliga Bayern this season and has been used in all offensive positions.
Sporting director Tino Wawra said of the last-minute signing: “I had had Jahn on my radar for a long time, with him we’ll get another player on Deadline Day who has great potential and our squad at the front will get an additional touch in terms of play gives. A player who was trained at Bayern Munich – which means that his mentality and background suits us well.”
