Housing corporation Staedion is going to offer ‘friends contracts’ to counteract the tightness in the social housing market. This allows two friends to live together in a social rental home and share the rent. The corporation also wants to help with this by connecting home seekers with each other. 25 new homes have been reserved for this group.
