Yesterday’s rice is today’s delicacy.

You don’t need any miraculous tricks to turn cooked rice into a really delicious dish.
As long as you have yesterday’s rice (which has been stored in the fridge) and an egg, we are already well on our way.
The combination of three ingredients makes this dish especially delicious: soy, sesame oil and apple cider vinegar.

Fry the rice in oil in a hot pan. Now it is not heated, but fried (but not burned). Add the eggs, add the previously listed ingredients, mix and fry. Prepare.
The end result is so delicious you’ll hear yourself say:
– You can’t stop eating this.
The dimensions are not so sleepy. Season to your liking. A snort this and another this. Finally, taste and add more if necessary.

oil in the pan
2 eggs
soy
sesame oil
apple cider vinegar
1. Put oil in a pan, heat and add rice. Fry the rice until a light golden brown color.
2. Add the eggs and fry them in the rice at the same time, stirring until cooked.
3. Finally, a drizzle of soy, sesame oil and apple cider vinegar. Fry for a while longer, taste and serve.
