French singer and actor Patrick Bruel (67) has been taken into custody as part of an investigation into sexual violence. “At this stage, the investigation concerns 13 alleged victims,” said the public prosecutor’s office in Nanterre, in the western banlieue of Paris. Bruel is the subject of four rape investigations in France and a judicial investigation into sexual assault in Belgium.
