In Choisy-le-Roi, south of Paris, a seven-year-old boy was found seriously injured between two cars on Friday evening, his head wrapped in a plastic bag. Moments earlier, the boy’s babysitter had turned himself in to the police and confessed that he had strangled the child. The Créteil public prosecutor’s office reported this this evening.
