Christian Günter has played at SC Freiburg since he was young
Captain Christian Günter from the Bundesliga club SC Freiburg advises other clubs to have a similar continuity as his club.
“I don’t want to presume to say that the others are just going wrong,” said the 29-year-old national player at Sports Illustrated Germany: “But I think it would be good for one or the other club to do certain things a little more differentiated to see, especially when it comes to continuity.”
Coach Christian Streich has been in office at the now permanently successful sports club for eleven years. In the executive floor, sports director Jochen Saier has been determining the fortunes of the people of Breisgau for ten years.
