With these objectives, the Social Services will adapt to current needs, making them more agile and flexible, thus facilitating administrative procedures to meet the needs of citizens through personalized, close and at the same time fast and effective attention, as well as progress in social attention that favors greater equity, cohesion and social justice. The family is the institution that bears the most social charges, so special attention is owed to it in all government action.
In the same way, we will undertake the necessary reforms in the Public Health System of the Balearic Islands in order to increase the quality of service provision and reduce waiting lists, attracting and retaining the best health professionals and lifting existing obstacles such as the mandatory language requirement.
4. Protection of women, with special attention to minors under guardianship:
all will be guaranteed assistance, support and fight against violence against womenalso working on prevention, identifying the causes and repeated profiles of the aggressors.
