Sports director Fredi Bobic from the Bundesliga soccer club Hertha BSC is looking forward to seeing his ex-club Eintracht Frankfurt again on Saturday in the Olympic Stadium (3:30 p.m. / Sky).
“It’s always nice to see familiar faces. It was a long and exciting time,” said Bobic, who won the DFB Cup with Eintracht in 2018 and reached the semi-finals of the Europa League in 2019, on Thursday.
At Hertha, the sporting situation is much more tense nine months after taking office. The Berliners occupy the relegation place with 23 points before the 25th matchday. “We are in a situation that is dangerous but not hopeless,” said Bobic.
