The friendship between Fred van Leer and Glennis Grace seems to be broken for good. In the meantime, he has a lot of fun with one of the other ‘Ladies of Soul’, namely Edsilia Rombley.
Glennis Grace is definitely no longer with the people in the country. With her misbehavior at the Jumbo, she has suffered so much image damage that the Ladies of Soul were even forced to cancel their concerts. But also good friend Fred van Leer could not avoid it; he kicked Glennis out of the Fred & Friends lineup.
Over and out
The two-part concert series Fred & Friends took place last weekend in Ahoy Rotterdam. Glennis was supposed to perform there too, but Fred was forced to remove his controversial girlfriend from the line-up. Glennis reacted like a diva; she was ‘totally screwed up’.
The two did not want to respond in the media, but Glennis immediately unfollowed Fred on Instagram. Fred continued to follow her, but that too has now come to an end, discovered juice channel† “It is now abundantly clear that the friendship is over from both sides,” the juice channel said.
Have fun with Edsilia
Edsilia Rombley, who is in the Ladies of Soul with Glennis, doesn’t seem to blame Fred all that much. She was just on the podium at Fred & Friends last weekend. And they are currently recording the RTL 4 show I Can See Your Voice.
The two have a lot of fun behind the scenes, can be seen in the Instagramstories from Fred. He shares a number of videos in which Edsilia can be seen singing while he playbacks. “Yeah, honey, just as good as last weekend!”
Glennis will undoubtedly be there not amused to be over.
