Fraud at the Examination Board: 23 young people had their tests done by someone else | Education

Many young people who are tired of school still obtain their secondary education diploma through the Examination Board. 23 fraudsters have now been caught there, they found a way to have their exam(s) taken by someone else. How could they screw things up like that? How did they get caught? And how is the system made watertight again?
