Dinsdag heeft Frankrijk 10 vrouwen and 25 children repatriated from jihadist campaigns in the north east of Syria. That makes the Fringe Ministry of Buitenlandse Zaken known.
The fringes vrouwen were specifically intended to travel to Iraq in Syrian areas that were controlled by jihadist groups. Ze will be vangengen na de val van het kalifaat in 2019.
The ministry reports that in France Zullen has been overruled to the bevoegde legal authorities. The gerepatrieerde minors can right to the services that are responsible for children’s welfare.
That year is het al de four keer dat Frankrijk een large-scale repatriëringsoperatie uit Syrian camps uitvoert. Tot de zomer van 2022 the repatriëringen will be treated geval per geval. In the three previous operations, a total of 46 projects and 107 children will be carried out in Frankrijk.
