Strongly performance-related contract for Götze
Should Götze and Eintracht be very successful again in the 2022/23 season, bonus payments would be due for Götze. His contract is heavily performance-related. Eintracht would probably be happy to accept such payments. These would only have to be paid in the event of success. Or as in this case: allowed to be paid. Say when you reach a place in the European Cup in the Bundesliga or progress in the Champions League. Both would flush a lot of money into the Eintracht coffers and thus also into the Götze wallet. So they can live in Frankfurt.

When Götze, the world champion maker of 2014, returns to the Bundesliga after two years, public interest will be correspondingly high.
