France is deploying up to 7,000 soldiers after the killing of a teacher on Friday in an attack on a school in Arras, the French government in Paris announced on Saturday morning. President Macron previously called that attack the result of “barbaric Islamic terrorism”. The safety level has been raised to the highest level – “urgence attentive”.
