The Viennese fashion retailer F&R Fashion Handels GmbH can no longer meet its current payment obligations and has filed for insolvency. Bankruptcy proceedings were opened on June 30 by the responsible commercial court in Vienna. Administrator is attorney Dr. Christof Stapf from Vienna.
Creditors affected by the insolvency have the opportunity to register their claim with the court.
