The leaders of the Handball Bundesliga won on Tuesday in Bosnia-Herzegovina at HC Izvidac with 34:22 (13:13) and celebrated their second success in the second game. League competitor and cup winner Rhein-Neckar Löwen also remains unbeaten after beating HBC Nantes 36:32 (19:17).
The capital club still had a hard time in Ljubuski in the first half. It was only in the second round that the favorites clearly broke away; Mathias Gidsel was the best thrower of the encounter with seven goals. For coach Jaron Siewert’s team, it was their 13th competitive win in a row across all competitions.
