Four major US environmental groups known for spending a lot of money on US election campaigns have supported the re-election of President Joe Biden. These are the League of Conservation Voters (LCV), NRDC, the Sierra Club and NextGen, a political action committee (PAC) led by billionaire Tom Steyer. Representatives from these groups expressed their support for Biden at an LCV dinner in Washington.
