Russian authorities are opening a new criminal case against the brother of the late opposition leader Alexei Navalny (47). It has not been announced exactly what Oleg Navalny (40) is suspected of. The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs does not indicate exactly under which article of the criminal code he is wanted.
