Move to Poland
After leaving Fortuna Düsseldorf, Marcel Mansfeld found a new club. The 22-year-old striker joins Polish Premier League relegated Miedz Legnica, with whom he has signed a contract until 2026. Last season, Mansfeld completed five brief assignments for the F95 pros.
“I would like to fight for a place in Miedz’s starting lineup so that my goals can help the team move up to the top flight,” said Mansfeld, who has been training with the team for a long time and meets ex-colleague Florian Hartherz (30), with whom he played for Düsseldorf in the second division in March 2022.
