Formula 1 | This is how late Max Verstappen and Nyck de Vries come into action at the British GP | formula 1

Before the drivers can enjoy a short summer break in August, a packed program will be completed in July. A week after the Grand Prix of Austria, the next race is already on the program. Next weekend there will be driving on the Silverstone circuit. We have listed the most important times for you.

Striking but true: Max Verstappen’s name is not yet on the honors list of the Grand Prix of Great Britain. That doesn’t mean he never managed to win at Silverstone circuit. In 2020, when the calendar was significantly overhauled due to the corona pandemic, the Grand Prix of the 70th anniversary took place. That race became a prey for the Dutchman.

Last year, victory went to Carlos Sainz and Verstappen only finished seventh. Lewis Hamilton is the record holder on his home circuit with no less than eight victories.

Coming weekend, not the seven-time world champion, but the two-time world champion Verstappen will be the towering favorite. He has already won seven of the nine races this season and also turned out to be in a class of his own in Austria. By the way, at Silverstone we will have a ‘regular’ Formula 1 weekend again, so without a sprint race.

Note: these are the Dutch times, in Great Britain it is one hour earlier.
