“I lost the hydraulics of the steering wheel first, then the rear wheels locked themselves and I ended up against the wall. Today I couldn’t do anything,” explained Leclerc. He continues: “I’m angry and sorry. Everything was set up to do well in the race and in the end I go home after less than three corners. It hurts.” It’s difficult to overcome the disappointment, but Charles also tries to look to the future: “The best I can do is do well in the car. When I put the helmet back on everyone can count on the fact that I will give 150%. But now it hurts: we’ll talk about it with the team”.
