Holders of Sauber fan tokens can vote on the design of the item and the race in which it will be worn by the Finnish driver. Then, draw for the final super prize
A bit like what happens in football when fans can have their say on the uniforms of their favorite team, even in Formula 1 the invisible boundary between popular polls and unrepeatable opportunities is occasionally crossed. Now is one of those moments, with Alfa Romeo having decided to unveil the opportunity reserved for enthusiasts who support the Sauber team at every Grand Prix. The object of the initiative in question is the helmet of Valtteri Bottas, the team’s first driver, which will be subject to a series of calls from members of the fan token community.
How does it work
—
Specifically, fans in possession of Alfa Romeo digital tokens will be able to choose the helmet that the Finnish driver will wear in a 2023 World Championship Grand Prix. In the first survey, Bottas supporters will first of all have to identify the race in which this will happen. There are three options: at Silverstone in the British GP, in Budapest in the Hungarian GP or in Singapore. The second time, however, the popular opinion will be consulted on the actual design of the object, with different graphics to vote on. For these first two phases it will be enough to have a Sauber token in one’s own walletthe virtual wallet.
As a gift
—
The chosen helmet will then be produced in three versions for the public’s favorite appointment: the version that the pilot will wear in the race, a very faithful replica and a digital collectible. The second of these versions will be aimed at one of the users who will guess all the answers of a themed quiz. Given the scope of the prize, however, in order to answer the questions, it will be necessary to have 25 digital tokens from Alfa Romeo. Among all the winners, one will then be drawn to receive the email intended only for the luckiest.
