John Bolton, former US ambassador to the United Nations (2005-2006) and former White House national security adviser (2018-2019), said Tuesday he had helped plan coup attempts abroad. Bolton made the comment on a CNN program about the commission investigating the January 6, 2021 storming of the Capitol.
