Response to injury
Ex-Eintracht talent and globetrotter Juvhel Tsoumou is moving back to Romania. After terminating his contract with Cong An Ha Noi FC in Vietnam in July, the attacker has now signed a contract with FC Rapid Bucharest until the end of the year with an option to extend it until the summer of 2024. The third-placed team in the SuperLiga is reacting to the injury concerns in the center of the attack by signing Tsoumou. where Albion Rrahmani (23) and Kévin Soni (25) are out.
For Tsoumou, it is the 16th stop in his professional career, in which he has played in nine countries so far. In Romania, he scored 15 goals in 66 games for FC Hermannstadt, FCV Farul Constanta and FCSB. “I’m glad I came to Rapid. I hope that we will celebrate many victories and make history together,” said Tsoumou.
