Someone was injured in an accident in the warehouse of DOC Kaas in Hoogeveen last night. That is what the Labor Inspectorate says.
A forklift driver wanted to remove a crate of cheese from the conveyor belt and was unsuccessful. He then drove back a bit “to correct his position,” says a spokesman. In doing so, he hit the victim who was driving behind the forklift truck.
The victim’s leg ended up under the wheel of the forklift. He was taken to hospital.
