Forensic care in the eastern Netherlands is in dire straits. The trial in which five GGD regions would join forces from 1 June has been canceled at the last minute. Doctors have serious doubts about working hours and the larger working regions. Several freelance doctors have already left elsewhere. The GGDs now have holes in the schedules.
