As promised, Stefan Raab is back on the air. Instead of “You don’t win the million”, it is now called “Stefan Raab Show”. Late night instead of the game show. It actually starts only on September 24th and then on Wednesdays, but RTL shows 15-minute appetizers this week at 8:15 p.m. on individual days.

However, the start on Monday (September 15th) did not really work. In front of a new, Spartan backdrop (brick wall) and with somewhat more serious logo, Raab initially “GZSZ”, the SOAP duration burner of his station.

Jo Gerner (Wolfgang Bahro) got words in an excerpt in an excerpt with a woman: “I love Stefan Raab, he gave up ten kilos after his boxing match and now simply the hornier horns than you!”

Stefan Raab and Bully – that somehow fits

At some point later, Michael “Bully” Herbig appeared, whom the entertainer apparently chained with any gag contract. In the Bavarian costume with Schuhplattler group, he presented an alternative national anthem: “Because we are so great on it”. This comes from the film “The Canoe of the Manitu” – which is currently running into cinemas and apparently still needs some advertising.

Left-wing politician Bodo Ramelow had brought a new national anthem a few days ago. Therefore, Raab gratefully accepted the topic and also donated a new national anthem. The autotune version with vocoder and rap inlay did not ignite.

Previously, he waved the topic on the European Basketball European Championship, where moderator Frank Buschmann began to cough strangely while playing the anthem. Because Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, on site in the arena, when Germany defeated Turkey in the final, also got into the picture, Raab etched: “At the sight of Frank-Walter Steinmeier, you can get a nausea.”

If this is the humor level that the moderator wants to establish in the next few days, the restart should become tough (even if “TV totally” avoided). On the other hand, even today you hardly remember your pens from the past.

After all, Raab probably wants to serve a nostalgic memory of his earlier programs every week when he skillfully reduced the madness of everyday media life for his benefit. In addition, a well -placed guest and at least nobody can complain that he doesn’t get exactly what Raab promises.

In addition, the former TV pensioner in a message: “With us you get tested quality. All jokes and entertainment contributions are previously checked and released by the BFU (Federal Center for Entertainment).”
