For the benefit of the fans: Billie Eilish paused one of her concerts again

Billie Eilish paused her performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden for a few moments to make sure her fans were comfortable.

During the brief hiatus, Eilish first took a deep breath and invited the audience to do the same. The singer then asked everyone in the audience to take a step back so that the front rows would have more space. She then asked if everyone was okay before finally singing the next song.

“I’ll only continue if people feel better”

A few weeks ago, Eilish paused one of her concerts to help a fan. At that time, the musician took care of a spectator who was short of breath and, with the help of her crew, organized an inhaler for the girl. Soon the affected person got better and Eilish continued her performance. A little later, she brought up the incident again on stage and said: “I’ll only continue when people are better.”

This statement was then interpreted by some fans as a dig at Travis Scott and the accident at the Astroworld festival. Eilish responded, “I literally didn’t say anything about Travis. I just helped a fan.”

Meanwhile, Eilish’s bandmate, producer and brother told Finneas that work together on the third album has already begun. “I think we have a lot to say,” he said. “We have the net in the sea and we collect debris. And then you go through it all, look for the treasure and then you have an album. I’m very excited.”

Billie Eilish’s second album HAPPIER THAN EVER will be released in summer 2021.
