19-year-old Brazilian soccer player Hugo Vinicius Skulny Pedrosa has been found tragically dead in his home country.
The dismembered body of Skulny, who played as a forward, was found in a river in the town of Sete Quedas near the border with Paraguay. The body was identified by a tattoo of the player’s late father.
The gruesome detail in the discovery of the body was that the head was not found. According to the chief inspector of the local civil police, Skulny’s head is still being searched for in the river.
Skulny disappeared on June 25 after a party she attended with friends. According to the civil police, the person suspected of Skulny’s murder has been arrested.
Skulny played for the Sete Quedas city team.
