Foot Locker appoints new leaders

Foot Locker has appointed a number of new leaders.

Frank Bracken is the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Elliott Rodgers is the new Chief Operations Officer and Rosalind Reeves is the new Chief Human Resources Officer. All three will take up their new positions on December 1, the US sneaker retailer announced on Tuesday. Additionally, effective early December, Robert Higginbotham, who currently serves as Vice President, Investor Relations, will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis.

In his new role as CCO, Bracken will continue to lead Foot Locker’s global retail operations, merchandising and marketing, as well as digital, loyalty and e-commerce. He has been with the company for twelve years.

Rodgers will serve as chief operations officer overseeing supply chain, information technology (IT) and procurement. He comes to Foot Locker from Project44, a technology platform for supply chain visibility, where he served as Chief People Officer. Before that, he worked for the US cosmetics retailer Ulta Beauty for eight years, where he held the positions of chief supply chain officer and chief information officer. Elliott also currently serves on the boards of directors of Levi Strauss & Co. and After School Matters, a Chicago youth nonprofit.

Reeves, who previously served as vice president, talent, diversity and organizational capability, has been promoted to chief human resources officer, replacing Elizabeth Norberg. She brings more than 25 years of human resources experience and a strong background in talent acquisition and management, diversity, equality and inclusion programs, employee engagement, learning and development, and benefits.

CFO leaves Foot Locker

According to the company’s annual report for the fourth quarter of 2022, Andrew Page will give up his position as chief financial officer “to devote himself to other tasks,” according to New York. Foot Locker has already initiated the search for a successor.
