Foot found in shoe in Yellowstone hot spring | Abroad

A Yellowstone spokesperson told foreign media on Thursday that visitors are now welcome again. Police are investigating the find, but no details have been released yet.

The hot spring in which the foot was found is 16 meters deep and about 60 degrees warm. It is not a geyser, from which water sprays upwards, because the circulating water does not reach the right temperature.

In 2016, a man died in the famous National Park, which is mostly in the state of Wyoming, after he left the hiking trail and ended up in a geyser.
